Divan du Monde / Madame Arthur
Le Divan du Monde and Madame Arthur are two mythical venues in the heart of the glamorous, sulphurous district of Pigalle. Together they make the famous ‘Divan Japonais’, a historic café-concert made famous in the iconic posters of the painter Toulouse-Lautrec.
With a single ticket, you can access two shows and two atmospheres in one night – always with French music as the watchword: immerse yourself in the feathers of the eccentric drag queens and singing creatures of the Madame Arthur cabaret during a live musical show featuring the piano and accordion standards of the Belle époque, as well as more current sounds. Then relive the classics in an epic game, and finish and unforgettable evening on the dance floor as you find yourself carried away by the music until dawn….
